Apparently is easier to remember written notes rather than typed ones

Apparently the brain is much more likely to remember the things you write on paper, rather than things you type on a computer or on a mobile phone.


Writing stimulates cells at the base of your brain, so you pay more attention to what you're doing at the moment. The brain is more active in forming each letter. Moreover, research has shown that when people take notes on their laptops, they tend to transcribe lectures verbatim while when writing, we tend to re-frame the information in our own words.
